About
Dimitri Cadet completed his B.A. in Biochemistry at Columbia University in 2020. During his time in university, he worked with Dr. Martin Chalfie to identify novel pathways for drug resistance in parasitic helminths. With Dr. Marko Jovanovic and the New York Genome Center, he worked on the development of a high-throughput technology to monitor protein-protein interactions using combinatorial antibody barcoding and mass spectrometry proteomics. As a graduate student in the UCLA-Caltech MSTP and the MMP, he is working with Dr. David Nathanson, investigating the functional programs controlling cancer cell persistence in glioblastoma, with the goal of developing new targeted therapeutic strategies to improve patient outcomes.
