About
I am from the small rural town of Douglas, MA – only an hour drive from Bridgewater State University (BSU), where I got my undergraduate degree from. I received my commonwealth honors B.S. from BSU in physics with minors in mathematics and chemistry. I worked in the Single Molecule Biophysics Lab under Dr. Thayaparan Paramanathan studying the binding mechanisms of Doxorubicin to DNA using optical tweezers. When outside of classroom or lab, I enjoy outdoor sports such as soccer, golf, surfing, hiking, and rock climbing.
