Funding Resources
Financial Support for Prospective Graduate Students
Departmental graduate students are supported entirely through research and training grants, which provide an annual stipend that is adjusted yearly as students advance. In addition to the stipend, the department pays full tuition, fees and health insurance.
The Molecular and Medical Pharmacology program awards two prestigious scholarships to its top candidates each year. These scholarships are awarded to individuals demonstrating exemplary academic merit and research promise.
Fellowships
Applicants are strongly encouraged to apply for UCLA fellowships and extramural funding to empower their research and build towards an independent career.
